Fleet Analyst Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
- In Office
- Pay Rate: $40/hr
Fleet Analyst Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including the management of leased and owned assets across domestic and international locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fleet policies, including safety incentive programs, vehicle selection, and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with leasing companies and corporate teams on vehicle selection, transfer processes, and replacement schedules to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Manage fleet-related programs such as fuel, maintenance, and insurance, ensuring cost control and issue resolution.
- Approve and review fleet invoices, investigate discrepancies, and monitor financial performance.
- Coordinate accident management, insurance claims, and legal matters in collaboration with third-party providers and internal departments.
- Support newly acquired companies by integrating or establishing fleet management programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing fleet-related inquiries promptly.
Fleet Analyst Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in fleet administration or management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and building effective relationships.
- Capable of independently handling both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
