Position Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing inquiries, directing them to the right personnel, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere int he reception area.
Receptionist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30a – 5:00p
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
ReceptionistJob Description:
- Answer inbound calls
- Follow the script for frequently asked questions and resources.
- Being able to use their resources and track all calls coming in via Excel.
- Support the different staff and departments with follow-up calls.
- Meet regularly with the manager of enrollment for follow up.
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Two years of previous customer service skills is preferred
- High School Diploma is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and scanners.
