Job Description:
Position: Assembler
Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (Guaranteed Overtime)
Pay: $19-20.00 an hour
Location: Lansdale, PA

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
- Operate tools like band saws, table saws, manual hand brakes, drills, grinders, and more.
- Work with diverse materials including felt insulation, ceramic, graphite, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
- Document processes, material usage, and address excess materials or issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors.
- Work independently and handle other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience or equivalent education/training.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts including geometry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred.
