Administrative Specialist Job Details:

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: up to $18/hr

Administrative Specialist Job Description:

Performs complex administrative support work by entering data, scanning documents, updating information in computerized systems, researching data to resolve complaints/issues, receiving mail, processing and composing correspondence and documents, and answering telephone inquiries.
Coordinates, processes, and records financial information and transactions to include revenue collections.
Receives, records, and processes receipts for payments.
Maintains current operational monthly, weekly and daily reports and develop new reports to track current trends and activities.

Administrative Specialist Job Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably with financial responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including creating and analyzing complex reports).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patrons and team members.
Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
