Position Title: Maintenance Cleanup
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Cleanup team member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our truss plant production facility running smoothly. Working during off-peak hours, you’ll be hands-on in creating a clean, safe, and organized environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations—and no two days will be exactly the same!
What You’ll Do:
- Sweep up dust and debris to keep the production floor clean and ready for action.
- Use blowers to clear sawdust from machines and equipment, ensuring everything stays in top shape.
- Refill cleaning supplies and oils so the team always has what they need.
- Operate the floor sweeper and scrubber to maintain spotless walkways and work areas.
- Empty dust collection bins and responsibly dispose of wood scraps and recyclable materials.
- Lend a hand to the maintenance crew on special projects when needed.
- Tackle various cleaning and organization tasks to keep the plant running at its best.
What You Bring:
- You’re ready to complete forklift training and workplace evaluations to get certified.
- You’re detail-oriented and committed to doing quality work.
- You can manage your time, work independently, and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Problem-solving is your strength—you find solutions and keep things moving forward.
- You work well with others and know how to communicate effectively.
- You’re physically capable of bending, squatting, crawling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds with ease.

- You’ll be in a fast-paced, high-energy manufacturing environment.
- PPE will always be required to keep you safe.
- Tasks can be repetitive, but your contributions make a big impact.
- You may experience temperature changes and work around sawdust and gas fumes.
