PeopleShare is currently hiring for a Temp Administrative Assistant in the Princeton, Nj area!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Fully in office)
Salary: $22-$24 per hour
Temp (2-3 months) Start Immediately!
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Reception
- Answering phones
- Greeting employees and clients
- Setting up and clearing conference rooms
- Ordering food for meetings
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Sorting mail
- Scanning, copying as needed
- Receiving packages
- Maintain common areas - kitchen, conference rooms, stock supplies
- Possible admin duties for management if needed
- Provide additional administrative support.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or its equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Highly proficient with Power point, Excel, Microsoft Office
