We are seeking dedicated and reliable High-Speed Inserter Machine Operators to join our team in a true warehouse environment in Parma OH. This role involves operating high-speed inserter machines and performing various production and warehouse tasks.
Overview
- Shift: 11PM-730AM Sunday-Thursday
- Pay $21.82/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-speed inserter machines.
- Load materials, clear jams, unload, and tray inserted pieces.
- Perform supporting tasks such as fulfillment, QC, and final checks.
- Maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner)
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move continuously during the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with machine operation or in a warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
- Basic PC skills required for job setup and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Key Details:
- Standing and Walking: Required for the entire shift.
- No Cell Phones: Devices are prohibited in the warehouse.
