Job Title: Shipping Specialist
Location: Doylestown, PA
Company Overview: We are looking for a motivated Shipping Specialist to join our team. This full-time role involves picking items, using a hand held scanning device, separating orders, performing visual inspections, verifying customer information, and packing orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse, pick pack, or stocking experience, able to stand for shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay Range: $16-18 hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 1st and 2nd shift available

Responsibilities:
- Complete daily stockroom tasks as directed by supervision
- Pull, label, stage, and issue materials accurately based on pick list requirements
- Reconcile materials back into inventory as necessary and stock incoming materials in their proper locations
- Assist with daily cycle counts and report inventory needs to Purchasing
- Support shipping, receiving, and other departments as directed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the stockroom
- Document and communicate material shortages to the team leader/supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or stock setting ;experience with warehouse management system a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Able to lift 40 pounds without assistance and able to stand for shift and walk all shift
- Able to read and operate a handheld device
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to be trained
