Job Details:
- M-F, 8am- 5pm, nights as weekends as needed
- $70k-$80k

Job Description:
- Responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executive management
- Makes travel arrangements, drafts memos and reports, and organizes corporate events
- Oversees office setups, renovations, and building maintenance, ensuring compliance with approved standards
- Acts as the administrator for the travel management system and utilizes various software to compile and format data
- Maintains confidentiality, exercises administrative judgment, and supports decision-making processes that impact staff, costs, and service quality
- Additionally, performs other assigned duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
Job Requirements:
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five years or more of experience as an executive administrative assistant in a CEO/President level setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
