PeopleShare is seeking an outgoing and service-driven Customer Service Dispatcher with a family owned and operated HVAC company in Newark, DE. This company has tripled their number of employees in the last two years and their growth is NOT STOPPING!
Exceptional candidates for the Customer Service Dispatcher position will have 2 years of recent experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center or office setting.
Details for the Customer Service Dispatcher:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 2pm-10pm *In office*
One weekend a month: Sat 6pm-10pm & Sun 5pm-10pm
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr.
- Full benefits and 401k available after an introductory period!
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Customer Service Dispatcher:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Job Requirements for the Customer Service Dispatcher:
- Must possess a minimum two years administrative or customer service representative experience within a similar field
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with strong data entry and typing skills
- Must be a team player who can work independently
