Job Details for Onsite Service Specialist:
- Pay Rate: $18.50
- Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM
JOB SUMMARY:
As an On-Site Services Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks including operating high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, managing mail systems, and providing support for various office functions. Reporting directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of office equipment, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain inventory records. Additionally, you may be involved in customer service, meeting room setups, and light maintenance duties.
Responsibilities for Onsite Service Specialist:
- Efficiently process incoming mail from USPS, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Utilize TRAC system to receive and track Accountable mail for streamlined management
- Skillfully manage outgoing accountable mail using UPS.com and FedEx.com systems
- Maintain meticulous logs to record mail counts and other essential details
- Conduct mail deliveries to various floors throughout the building, ensuring timely distribution
- Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs as standards
- Provide support with light fleet duties such as toner replacement and troubleshooting
- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform finishing tasks such as binding.
- Utilize document imaging systems and software efficiently.
- Manage office tasks using MS Office and email systems.
- Perform maintenance checks on copiers and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory records and distribute office supplies and mail.
- Coordinate service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including calculating charges for services.
- Assist with meeting room setups and building occupant moves.
- Perform occasional cleaning and light maintenance duties.
- Operate various office equipment such as shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and postage meters.
- Conduct filing duties, including archiving old documents when necessary.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Must have a Driver License with a good driving record. Driving is required when converted to permanent – to post office and other building (less than 5 miles) Customer vehicle – Dodge Caravan

- Computer skills would be a great and would allow for potential upward career paths.

- Flexibility to work occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.

- Walking, Lifting, bending, and twisting Will be standing and walking throughout the day.
- Dress code is Business casual. No jeans, T-shirts or tennis shoes.
