Bilingual Patient Service Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm & 1 evening a week Monday or Thursday 1:00pm-9:00pm
- Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00
Bilingual Patient Service Representative Job Description:
- Processing insurance verifications.
- Processing all patient co-pays.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Aiding patients with all questions regarding visits, forms, medical records.
Bilingual Patient Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual speaking Spanish and English.
- Medical receptionist or Patient Service Representative experience preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Candidates must have High school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must be able to provide vaccination proof or receive all required vaccinations.
