Position Overview:
The Accountant will manage month-end close processes, prepare financial entries and reports, and perform reconciliation for balance sheets, revenue, and expenses. They will assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and updating key financial data. Additionally, they will support audits and collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Accountant Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-4:30PM
- Pay Rate: $58,800 - $68,068

Accountant Job Description:
- Prepare month-end close entries, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage timely monthly closes using GAAP and Governmental Fund Accounting.
- Reconcile revenue, expenses, and grants; produce financial reports for senior management.
- Perform variance analysis, update FTE/cost pool tables, and assist with budget preparation.
- Prepare financial reports via AccuFund and support audited financial statements.
Accountant Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- PeopleSoft and Intacct experience is a plus.
