Controller Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $90k to $115k
Controller Job Description:
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports while ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Maximize cash flow and manage raw material availability through strategic planning and credit terms.
- Record manufacturing costs accurately and monitor productivity, capacity, and inventory levels.
- Implement an inventory system with regular reconciliations and ensure timely accounts management.
- Act as the main contact for IT projects, coordinate the annual audit, and support the CEO in banking relations.
Controller Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of progressive accounting and managerial experience in manufacturing; CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong background in cost accounting and high ethical standards.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and integrated ERP systems.
