Position Overview:

Call Center Representative Details:
- Schedule: Full Time hours Monday-Friday-- IN OFFICE. (Shifts between 8AM-8PM)
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Call Center Representative Job Description:
- Handle customer complaints and requests in a fast-paced, high-volume call center with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
- Process and document mail correspondence, research issues, prepare refund paperwork, and schedule hearings as needed.
- Maintain excellent attendance and utilize strong communication skills to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Call Center RepresentativeJob Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience.
- Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
