Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to help manage with legal intakes, however, the ideal candidate will be interested in multi-tasking and taking on additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.
We are looking for highly committed, responsible individuals who are ready to take on a growing and changing role!
Intake Specialist Details:- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM. Role becomes hybrid after training.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Intake Specialist Job Description:
- Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
- Respond to intakes promptly, maintaining a timely flow of communication.
- Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
- Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmen
Intake Specialist Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience or call center experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
