Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes efficiently
- Complete and process payroll on time
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, mail, etc.
- Use QuickBooks regularly for financial transactions
- Use Excel for tracking and analysis as needed

- Reliability – Must be dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Punctuality – Must have your own car and be on time daily
- Focused Work Ethic – Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions, such as mobile phone use during work hours
Key Soft Skills/Traits:

- Excellent Communication – Clear and effective in both written and verbal communication
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus but not required
- Accounting degree is preferred but not necessary
- A minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience is required
