Loader Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – Until
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Loader Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products by hand safely and efficiently
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately as needed
- Stage materials for shipment and distribution
- Verify products and quantities prior to loading
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and loading guidelines
Loader Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or order-picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Team-oriented with a commitment to safety and productivity
