Location: Aberdeen, MD
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Overtime: Frequent overtime is required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Picker to join a busy warehouse team in Aberdeen, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience and Order Picker operating experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, great attendance, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate an Order Picker to access and pull materials from various warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating an Order Picker.
- Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to follow directions well.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
- Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
