Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (End times may vary; all shifts continue until work is completed)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and potentially reach trucks.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Secure materials for shipment, including climbing ladders to properly strap and secure loads.
- Follow shipping schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Conduct equipment inspections and operate material-handling equipment safely.
- Work primarily in an outdoor environment and maintain productivity in all weather conditions.
- Assist with general warehouse, yard, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Complete daily tasks independently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift and forklift equipment required.
- Reach truck experience is a plus.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and staging materials.
- Experience securing loads for transportation.
- Background in warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling environments.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders and physically secure loads.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
