What You'll Do:
✅ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
✅ Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to minimize downtime
✅ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
✅ Repair, rebuild, and overhaul machinery and equipment
✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
✅ Install, test, and maintain motors, drives, sensors, controls, and automation systems
✅ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and equipment reliability
✅ Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
What We're Looking For:
✔ Extensive industrial electrical maintenance experience
✔ Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
✔ Experience with preventative maintenance programs
✔ Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and automated systems
✔ Knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits
✔ Mechanical aptitude with repair and rebuild experience
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
✔ Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background preferred
