Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking motivated and dependable Blender Helpers to support daily production operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety.
What You'll Do
As a Blender Helper, you will assist the blending team in meeting daily production goals while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist blenders in multiple production rooms to complete daily production requirements.
- Follow all blending procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Verify ingredients and batch weights prior to adding materials to blending equipment.
- Accurately complete and maintain all required production documentation.
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food Safety requirements.
- Clean and sanitize blenders, equipment, and work areas according to Quality Department standards.
- Report all safety, quality, and food safety concerns to leadership.
- Work safely and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to work extended shifts as needed, including shifts up to 12 hours.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity throughout the shift, including:
