Weekend Powder Room Operator
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Friday-Sunday
Training: Initial training will take place on weekdays before transitioning to the weekend schedule.

This role is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in the mixing and blending process while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and blending equipment
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the production process
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and production materials
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support continuous improvement and efficient production operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
- Experience operating mixing or processing equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with chemical handling and safety procedures is helpful
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, masks, and other protective equipment as needed
