Schedule & Pay

- Monday-Friday
- 9/80 Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)
- Pay: $21.00/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and process parts and products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Prepare, sort, and organize materials for production.
- Stack products based on drawings and assembly instructions.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate production equipment and assist with production processes as needed.
- Follow all quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include; background check, education verification, and drug analysis.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
