Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and energetic Clamp & Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized material handling equipment—including clamp trucks, reach trucks, and standard forklifts—to move, stage, and retrieve inventory safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate paper/carton clamp trucks, reach trucks, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts to transport materials across the facility.
· Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and load outgoing trailers according to staging schedules.
· Inventory Handling: Stack, stage, and retrieve product from high-bay racking systems accurately using warehouse systems and documentation.
· Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift inspection checks on equipment, report maintenance issues immediately, and maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
· Team Collaboration: Assist warehouse team members with general floor maintenance, inventory audits, and order preparation as needed.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating clamp attachments, reach trucks, and standard sit-down/stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
· Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in precision material handling, rack storage operations, and staging.
· Soft Skills:
