Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (or until work is completed)

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, and work orders.
- Schedule inbound and outbound appointments using the Dock Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate communication between customers, brokers, freight forwarders, warehouse operations, and accounting teams.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and service issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
