Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Blender Operator to support daily production operations. This role involves blending ingredients, maintaining accurate documentation, following food safety standards, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production needs across multiple blending rooms.
- Verify ingredients and batch weights before blending.
- Follow all blending procedures, GMPs, and Food Safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and blending records.
- Clean and sanitize blending equipment according to quality standards.
- Report safety, food safety, and quality concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts, with flexible end times based on production needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
