Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator manages document preparation, correspondence, data entry, and filing, while also handling newsletter content, client meetings, and event logistics. They ensure seamless coordination of meetings and events, including venue research, communication management, and service provider oversight.
Administrative & Events Coordinator Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM, may be required occasional evenings and weekends.
- Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Administrative & Events Coordinator Job Description:
- Manage document preparation, correspondence, data entry, and filing, while handling newsletter content and client meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue research, communication management, and service provider oversight.
- Ensure seamless execution of meetings and events, from preparation to setup and breakdown.
Administrative & Events Coordinator Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
