Accounts Receivable Manager Details:
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Hybrid after training)
- 95,000- 105,000 + performance bonuses

The Accounts Receivable Manager is tasked with managing the billing, collection, and reconciliation processes for customer accounts to ensure prompt and accurate cash flow while minimizing bad debts. This role also involves overseeing and training the accounts receivable team, updating and maintaining accounts receivable policies and procedures, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. The manager will track and report on performance metrics specific to Accounts Receivable.
Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily functions of the accounts receivable department, including billing, cash application, credit management, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports, reconciliations, and journal entries, providing accurate and timely financial data to management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance accounts receivable processes, systems, and controls, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and assess the performance of accounts receivable staff, offering guidance and training as necessary.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with customers, sales, customer service, and other departments, addressing escalated issues or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Accounts Receivable Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a managerial role.
- ERP experience required
- Skilled in using accounting software, Microsoft Office, and various data analysis tools.
- Extensive understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards, with a focus on accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, effective in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, adept at identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Excellent leadership and team management proficiency.
