- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:30PM, Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM
- Pay: $85,000+based on experience
- No Weekends
Job Description for Project Administrator:
- Submit, track, and manage sales quotes and orders.
- Track orders, deliveries, punch lists, and invoices for on-going and completed projects.
- Communicate project status with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal team.
- Process vendor acknowledgements and invoice discrepancies.
- Provide customer-focused support for call-in inquiries.
Job Requirements for Project Administrator:
- Minimum of 2 years of education in business and/or office procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or related experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
