Job Details for Call Center Agent Position:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday - various schedule
- Pay Rate: Up to $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent:
- Responds to inbound and outbound calls
- Collect information needed from patients and log into computer
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers
- Process patient prescription needs successfully
Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent:
- Responds to inbound phone calls and claims (as well as outbound calls) to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies, services their access to care and reimbursement needs and responds.
- Refers requests for escalation as needed and engages other internal areas such as Program Management, IT and other Contact Center teams to resolve issues.
Job Requirements for Call Center Agent:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center, customer service, insurance, benefits, marketing, sales, retail, or related area a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
