Job Details for Electrical Maintenance Technician :
- Schedule: Weekdays 12 hour shifts 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Compressed scheduled: Alternating 3 / 4 day work weeks, with overtime available).
- Pay: $30-$33/hr

Job Responsibilities for Electrical Maintenance Technician:
- Perform Protective, Predictive and corrective maintenance programs and daily tasks and chick lists.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery.
- Replaces or repairs parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges and switches and other electrical parts and equipment.
- Observes and listens to mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts and examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
- Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair both Electrical and Mechanical problems.
Job Requirements for Electrical Maintenance Technician:
- High school diploma or GED; plus, 3 years related experience and/or training.
- Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and heating, ventilating and air conditioning related control systems.
- Should be able to understand and diagnose electrical issues.
- Machine set- up, troubleshoots equipment failures, and perform repair and prevent maintenance services.
- Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and heating, ventilating and air conditioning related control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as service manuals for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair both Electrical and Mechanical problems associated with Production and Facility equipment in a timely manner.
