Job Details:
- $18-$20 hourly
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Temporary with a possibility of full-time
Job Responsibilities & Description for AR/AP/Admin assistant
- Handle and redirect incoming calls
- Generate job folder labels for Sales & Design teams
- Update spreadsheets with information on new jobs
- Manage filing tasks
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Order office supplies as needed
- Order printing supplies
- Prepare and send outgoing mail (stuffing and processing)
- Enter job cost details into the system
- Register Seminar events
- Assist with company event planning
- Assists with billing
- AR/AP Duties
- Oversee the maintenance of company desk phones and address any related issues
- Manage licenses and registrations
- Request checks for renewals
- Complete applications and submit payments to relevant authorities
- Follow up with office authorities if renewal is not received within one month of submission
- Maintain filing and update spreadsheets related to licenses and registrations
- Oversee company uniforms
- Distribute approved uniforms for replacements and new hires
- Track uniform inventory for field staff
- Place orders for replacement inventory when needed
Job Requirements for AR/AP/ Admin Assistant:
- Strong computer skills
- Must thrive in high stress setting
- Work in fast paced environment
- Strong multi tasking ability
- Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with others
- Maintain records
- Strong customer service skills and be customer focused
- Must provide an excellent customer experience
- High school diploma/ GED
