Human Resources Manager - Part Time Job Details:
- Schedule: Part Time - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - In office, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Human Resources Manager - Part Time Job Description:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain high quality candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies
- Oversee performance appraisal process
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed
- Create, update and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and manage the employee handbook
- Oversee administration of employees benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Facilitate training sessions and identify training needs
- Utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Human Resources Manager - Part Time Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Master's Degree or HR certification is preferred
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
