Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJob Description:
- Perform routine facility inspections
- Maintain HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose facility issues
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- HS diploma/GED completion
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC systems
- Maintain a basic understanding of building codes and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams
