Machine Operator Job Description:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and assist with product changeovers as needed
- Monitor equipment to ensure efficient production
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products
- Follow production, safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Previous machine operating experience strongly preferred
- Food manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Must be comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
