CNC Programmer Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (plus overtime and Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $38-$42/hr ($2 increase upon permanent hire)

CNC Programmer Job Description:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment using MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and HAAS systems based on technical drawings and blueprints
- Proofread drawings, determine machining requirements, and develop efficient cutting paths while maintaining product quality
- Perform quality inspections, take precise measurements, and make machine adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain molds and dies, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Manufacture tooling and machine components, train new operators, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
CNC Programmer Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience
- Experience with MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and HAAS equipment preferred
- Strong machining background with drill presses, lathes, vertical mills, surface grinders, and CNC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail
- Machining certification or Associate's Degree in Engineering preferred
