Batching Operators Job Details:
- Schedules Available: Monday- Friday 2pm-10:30pm (2nd shift) OR Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am (3rd shift)
- Pay Rate: $22-28/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Batching Operators Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch formulas.
- Operate mixers, blenders, pumps, valves, switches, and compounding equipment.
- Open and close valves, connect hoses, and transfer materials between tanks and production lines.
- Dose water, chemicals, fragrances, and other ingredients into batches per specifications.
- Monitor product quality, including consistency, color, and viscosity.
- Collect samples for QA testing and maintain batch records.
- Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent contamination.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Batching Operators Requirements:
- Manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or chemical processing experience preferred.
- Ability to follow batch formulas and production instructions accurately.
- Experience operating industrial mixers, pumps, valves, and related production equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to complete production documentation accurately.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required PPE.
