Details
- Work a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30pm-Midnight in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Play a critical role in ensuring products meet strict customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform first article, in-process, final, and receiving inspections using precision measuring equipment and quality systems.
- Conduct capability studies, statistical process control (SPC) analysis, and maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Investigate quality concerns, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance.

Requirements
- Experience in a precision machining, metal stamping, tool & die, or manufacturing quality environment.
- Strong knowledge of micrometers, vernier calipers, gage pins, blueprint reading, GD&T, and tight-tolerance inspection down to +/-.0005.
- Experience with OGP and other optical inspection equipment, SPC methodologies, and the ability to work independently on 2nd shift.
