Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm or 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
Pay Rate: $21p/hour - $27 p/hour depending on experience

CNC Lathe Operator Job Description:
- Operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
- Perform routine machine checks and monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Read and interpret work instructions, shop orders, and production documentation.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and quality concerns.
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed.
CNC Lathe Operator Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
