- Immediate openings available on multiple schedules: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am, Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am, and Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm.

- Occasional weekend work available based on production needs and scheduling demands.
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop the skills needed to operate and support printing press equipment while assisting with job changeovers and machine setups.
- Monitor production quality, minimize waste, and help ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Work closely with operators and teammates to meet production goals, maintain efficiency, and follow all safety and operating procedures.

Requirements
- Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, along with solid mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately, work in a team environment, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently, stand for extended periods, work in varying temperatures
