Production Associates Job Details:
- 1st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm ($15/hr)
- 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm ($16/hr)
- 3rd Shift Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am ($17/hr)
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Production Associates Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package finished products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Ensure packaged products meet quality and safety requirements.
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently when necessary.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and quality concerns.
Production Associates Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, carry, push, and use hands and arms to perform required job duties.
- Previous packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
