General Technician Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM $18.00
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM $19.80
- Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next, giving you several days off each week!
- Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour + 10% premium for nights

General Technician Job Description:
- Monitor and operate multiple injection molding machines within an assigned production area
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Label, package, and prepare finished products according to customer specifications
- Operate auxiliary production and packaging equipment
- Monitor production processes and report quality or equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all established work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
- Perform additional production duties as needed
General Technician Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual quality inspections
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
