General Labor Job Details:
Schedule – Multiple Shifts Available:
1) 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday
2) 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM - Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Wednesday
3) 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & every other Saturday
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.90/hour, depending on shift and experience

General Labor Job Description:
- Operate and monitor multiple injection molding machines within an assigned production area
- Ensure machines are running properly and efficiently throughout the shift
- Inspect finished products for defects and verify they meet quality standards
- Package, label, and prepare completed products according to specifications
- Perform basic machine and production checks
- Operate auxiliary equipment used throughout the manufacturing process
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Communicate production or quality concerns to the appropriate team members
General Labor Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
- Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work a consistent 12-hour schedule
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and maintain strong attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
