Cleanroom Technician Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Cleanroom Technician Job Description:
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain workflow by following established processes, setting processing variables, monitoring control points, and promoting teamwork across departments.
- Ensure production schedules are met and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all production activities.
- Complete and maintain accurate batch records and inventory documentation.
- Handle products in compliance with cGMP, ISO, and QMS procedures.
- Access and follow work instructions and SOPs through the company's online Quality Management System (QMS).
- Complete all required training for products and procedures within established timelines.
- Operate production equipment including counting machines, balances, shrink wrappers, banding equipment, and stretch wrappers.
- Follow OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing production areas using chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol, solvents, and detergents.
- Process material transactions and support inventory management through the ERP system.
- Participate in company meetings and training sessions.
- Understand customer expectations and the markets the company serves.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Cleanroom Technician Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, cleanroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn QMS and ERP systems.
- Ability to accurately complete production and inventory documentation.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
