General Laborer Job Details:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & every other Saturday
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 an hour, with a 10% premium for night shift

General Labor Job Description:
- Operate and monitor multiple injection molding machines within an assigned production area
- Operate auxiliary manufacturing equipment as needed
- Inspect finished products according to work instructions and quality standards
- Perform visual quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Label and package finished products according to customer requirements
- Maintain production and quality expectations throughout the shift
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
- Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned
General Labor Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
