📍 Rotating Shifts | Food Manufacturing Environment
What You'll Do
✅ Perform quality checks and inspections throughout production and packaging
✅ Conduct product testing and document results
✅ Calibrate scales and equipment
✅ Verify labels, weights, seals, and packaging accuracy
✅ Monitor GMPs, sanitation, allergen controls, and food safety programs
✅ Review and approve raw ingredients and finished products
✅ Collect samples for testing and customer requests
✅ Conduct warehouse and truck inspections
✅ Assist with audits, investigations, and corrective actions
✅ Train new team members as needed
✅ Support fellow QA Technicians during breaks, vacations, and absences
Qualifications
✔ Associate Degree required
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related industry
✔ Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety regulations
✔ ERP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Physical Requirements
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and use of hands
• Ability to work in low to high noise environments
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
