Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join a team where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement are a top priority.
What You'll Do:
ā
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
ā
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, compressors, forklifts, cranes, mixers, and more
ā
Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed
ā
Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Fall Protection
ā
Maintain maintenance logs, PM schedules, and equipment records
ā
Support facility maintenance and 5S initiatives
ā
Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
What We're Looking For:
ā 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
ā Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
ā Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
ā Welding and fabrication experience preferred
ā NFPA 70E training preferred
ā Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and Lockout/Tagout procedures
ā Basic PLC knowledge is a plus
ā Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
ā¢ Lift up to 50 lbs
ā¢ Work at heights and in industrial environments
ā¢ Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks
