Crating Details:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Crater Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Crating Associate Responsibilities:
- Construct crates, skids, and packaging for finished products
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials according to shipping requirements
- Use saws, nail guns, drills, staple guns, and other hand tools safely
- Perform quality inspections and document completed work
- Package and secure products for shipment
Crating Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous woodworking, crating, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using measuring tools and hand/power tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and packaging specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
