Brazer Details:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Brazer Pay Rate: $23.32/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Brazer Responsibilities:
- Assemble and braze coil components according to drawings and work orders
- Use brazing torches to join headers, return bends, and distributors
- Retrieve and position coils using overhead lifting equipment
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals
Brazer Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous brazing, welding, soldering, or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
